Oriental Salad Great side dish
Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber,
1 md tomato,
1/2 green pepper,
1 rib celery thinly sliced,
1/4 c chopped cilantro,
1 sm red onion,
1/4 c chopped parsley,
salt and freshly ground pepper,
1 tbls olive oil,
1 lemon juiced
Directions:
Put the cucumber, tomatoes, green pepper, celery, red onion and parsley in a bowl. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Refrigerate up to two hours before serving. Mix the oil and lemon juice together. Pour over the vegetables and mix well.

Refrigerate covered and serve cold

Tempura Shrimp Tacos A delicious and easy way to make Seafood Tacos - even my kids love it!
Ingredients:
- 1 box Tiger Thai Tempura Shrimp
- Flour Tortillas
- Fresh Lettuce (or I prefer Arugula)
Directions:
1. Prepare Tempura Shrimp & dipping sauce according to the directions. Crop tails and set aside.
2. Warm tortillas 10-20 seconds on each side over a low-heat skillet.
3. Cut fresh Arugula or Lettuce to serve with the tacos.
Footnotes:
When everything's ready, just lay down your warmed flour tortilla, add lettuce and two pieces of Tempura Shrimp, drizzle a spoonful of the dipping sauce over the top, wrap it up and enjoy! Easy Shrimp Tacos for the family!

Ginger Salad Dressing & Dipping Sauce This tasty Ginger Dressing can be used as an accompaniment with tempura shrimp, tempura vegetables or as a side salad dressing or dipping sauce.
Ingredients:
1 tbs rice vinegar
1 tbs vegetable oil
1 tbs sesame oil
1 tbs grated fresh ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
Directions:
Mix ingredients together and serve.

Tastes as good as what you get In Japanese restaurants.

Green Beans in Sesame Dressing A delicious side-dish to accompany any TigerThai product!
Ingredients:
175g (6 oz.) frozen whole green beans
a pinch of salt
For the dressing:
* 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
* 1 tablespoon caster sugar *
* 2/3 tablespoon dashi stock **
* 1/2 tablespoon miso paste
* 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
1. Boil the beans in a pan of water for 5 minutes or until tender.
2. Finely grind the sesame seeds in a pestle and mortar or in a coffee grinder. Add the sugar, dashi, miso paste and soy sauce and mix together well.
3. Toss the green beans in the sesame dressing and serve as a side dish.

* Caster sugar is superfine granulated sugar.
** For dashi (Japanese fish stock); you can also make instant dashi from freeze-dried granules, available in many Asian grocery stores.

Tempura Dipping Sauce An authentic Japanese tempura dipping sauce for tempura dishes.
Ingredients:
1 cup dashi soup stock
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar
Directions:
Put mirin in a saucepan and heat.
Add soy sauce and dashi soup stock.
Bring mixture to a boil and add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar while mixing the liquid.
Footnotes:
Very authentic. Better than the sauce sold in stores.
